SHAREHOLDER SITE VISIT NO. 1/2018

On Thursday, May 10, 2018, the Company’s management and employees, led by Ms. Yupapin Wangviwat, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Officer, and Mr. Boonchai Thirati, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, accompanied a group of 110 shareholders on a visit to the Gulf JP UT (GUT) power plant in Uthai district, Ayutthaya province and the Gulf JP NS (GNS) power plant in Nong Saeng district, Saraburi province. GUT and GNS are among the largest independent power producers (IPP) in the country.

In the morning, shareholders listened to a presentation given by senior management about Gulf’s overall business and how power plants work, then participated in a tour of the GUT power plant. In the afternoon, shareholders visited the New Agricultural Theories learning center and demonstration rice farm at GNS power plant where they listened to a presentation about the Company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Gulf’s learning center and demonstration rice farm provides information and training about organic farming based on the principles of Sufficiency Economy to local communities around the power plant. The shareholders, management and employees of the Company also participated in a tree-planting activity to add to the greenspace around the power plant, as a symbol of the beginnings of the new Site Visit initiative which Gulf hopes will take root and grow to provide investors with more opportunities to come together as joint owners of the Company.
