Application Conditions

  1. Each shareholder is entitled to 1 seat.
  2. Shareholders having the right to participate in the event are those whose names appear in the Company’s list of shareholders as of March 4, 2026.
  3. Interested shareholders can register for the event at the Annual General Meeting for shareholders or on the investor relations website https://investor.gulf.co.th/. The application period ends on April 30, 2026.
  4. The Company will announce the list of successful applicants on the Company’s IR website on May 15, 2026, and will contact the successful applicants via the telephone number given in the Application Form during May 18-22, 2026. If the Company cannot contact the successful applicants within such period, the Company reserves the right to cancel that application and will contact another applicant from the waiting list as a substitute.
  5. In case of any cancellation, please notify the Company at least 7 working days before the site visit date, in order to reserve your right to apply for next year’s site visit.
  6. If the participant has any medical condition, please bring your own medication if necessary.
  7. The Company reserves the rights to:
  1. 7.1
    Not allow accompanying person to participate in the site visit
  2. 7.2
    Not allow the transfer of rights to participate in the site visit except for a juristic person
  3. 7.3
    Not consider any application that is submitted after the application period, does not follow the above conditions, or is incomplete or unclear
  4. 7.4
    Shareholders who wish to participate in the site visit need to be able to take care of themselves and do not have any serious illness
  5. 7.5
    Make any changes to or cancel the site visit as appropriate
